By downloading or using CoinWise, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CoinWise mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you accept these Terms in full.
CoinWise provides AI-powered coin identification, grade prediction, and ROI analysis tools to assist coin collectors in making informed decisions. The App is available as a free service with limited scans, and as a paid subscription (CoinWise Pro) with expanded access.
Grade predictions and valuations are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee actual grading results. CoinWise is not affiliated with PCGS, NGC, PSA, ANACS, or any professional grading service. AI-generated predictions may be inaccurate. You should not make significant financial decisions based solely on CoinWise predictions. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on our AI analysis.
CoinWise Pro subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store using Apple's In-App Purchase system. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by Apple's App Store policies. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. We do not process payments directly and do not store payment information.
Free users receive a limited number of scans per day. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent scan limits or access controls; upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content; or interfere with the App's servers or networks.
All content, design, code, and technology in CoinWise is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your use of CoinWise is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinWise and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
